Mr Monkey's main reason for visiting Bristol was was to attend Left Coast Crime 16, which had wandered, in a mysterious manner, from the its natural home on the left coast of the United States to the left coast of the United Kingdom. From Thursday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime he spent most of his time listening to authors, talking to his crime-reading friends, or helping his humans buy books.
