Mr Monkey inspected the decaying stonework while one of the restoration workers explained what they were doing, and showed Mr Monkey a coloured diagram of the planned work. They're starting off by removing the pointy finials, replacing the rotten stone work beneath them with freshly carved pieces from the Stoneyard, and then putting the finials back in place.
