Mr Monkey in the Domein Raversijde, August 27th

"On the other hand, the commander's house doesn't look very bomb proof"

Next to the parade ground, Mr Monkey found the commander's quarters. These were noticably better than the quarters of anyone else in the battery, because the commander lived in one of the houses used by the royal family before the war. Next Mr Monkey inspected a gun emplacement mounting a 12cm K 370(b) field gun, which was made in 1931 by the Belgian Cockerill company, and renamed when the Germans captured it.
