Mr Monkey tours the Stockport Plaza Cinema, 12th September

Return to Mr Monkey in the North West 

Earlier in the year Mr Monkey had thoroughly enjoyed seeing the 1927 silent version of The Cat and the Canary, with live organ music, at the Plaza Cinema in Stockport. He was delighted to find out that because the 12th September was an Open Heritage Day he could have a tour of the recently restored and reopened Art Deco palace of cinematic delight. So he made his humans get up early and dragged them into Stockport.
